Yup. I told them it was a bad idea having him in the guild, but I didn't really care to start any in-game drama over it. They are fairly new to server and unaware of Sektors sleezyness. I was positive he would eventually show his true colors which he did right away. He didnt last a week before he was trying to group gank a guilded member low on health, informing others on locations etc. all while tagged.
