I never played Iksar thoroughly, so i'll probably be playing every single class (as I typically end up doing =P

I was a human monk in live and was always jealous of their regen/AC bonus...They gave us humans the booby prize of 0.00001% faster fists...

Indeed iksars can't wear plate - they get a string of other non-plate armor though to compensate. They have naturally boosted AC as well so all in all their AC is usually higher then any other even without plate armor.

Bottom line...There needs to be an all iksar guild to dominate Kunark. Build from the ground up! Cmon Knightmare! We've done this thing before! Look at all these people stoked about being an Ikky again!
Use outside classes like slaves and pillage the lands!

definitely necro all the way! am dying to play a necro but refuse to make one thats not ikky. any inkling on when those damn explorers are gonna find that damn continent?
