Small, tight nit, high end evil aligned guild. Perhaps most famous for their guild war with fellow evil guild <Infeste Nex>. To put it mildly, the war did not offer a favourable outcome for Infeste Nex.

We got tore up. They had little numbers and they stuck together and ported everywhere when we were solo it was funny shit.

Infeste Nex was the size of Nihilum and we were half the size of Azrael and we rolled them so hard a guild of 10 is still remembered years later. We sac'd their ogre SK guildleader from 65 to 46 just to end the war. This was in addition to fighting the other two teams on the server the entire time.

And on RZ I was in The Begotten along with Thrilla, another small tight nit PVP focused guild that massacred guilds 5 times it size.

So I've been in your shoes. I've had to fight uphill and I enjoyed it. The difference between you (aside from the fact I won and you lost) and I is that I didn't complain about the zerg mentality and try to change the entire game to my benefit. I embraced it and used it to my advantage. You're incapable of that.

As for HBs variance post, it was very clearly politically motivated and that is the same reason he is against variance now. He is a savvy forumquester and was fighting for what he believed was best for his guild in the short term.
