Creepy as fuck. I wouldn't want to be in his presence.

I think that was the problem for him though. The more outcast he felt, the weirder he got...probably occupied too much with his own thoughts which he never bounced off anyone else to have that "sanity check".

Even his laughs in that video seemed strained/faked/from TV.

Too immersed in his self-entitled existence where his parents probably were too busy/didn't show him any love or attention. I wonder if he was an only child?

Maybe step 1 was rule lawyering on P99 and he got madder from there.
