Also I am guessing it is widely farmed for red dragon loots. Do you think a high strong guild would take the offer of spawning it for the right to loot only the epic item (I mean I trigger, they kill, I get my epic and they grab the rest) ? Or are there way enough twinks or farmers being able to spawn the dragon?

I've seen some people show up farming it that's asking the cleric that needs the epic to make a deal like you're talking about. Basically they promise to allow the cleric to turn in the pearl uncontested and loot the heart in exchange for the ransom of taking everything else that drops.

It's a sweet deal in my opinion.

The cleric epic is the most important one in the game. Clearing that bottleneck should be your main concern, even at the cost of the red dragon armor of whatever. The other loot dropped by the mob shouldn't even be in your thoughts at this point.

But no, it's not enough. Having your epic is not enough, they want the loot as well!

Last night, Argh from <A-Team> was running around giving money to lowbies. I don't know how much he gave in total, but he gave me, personally, 1k. Considering i had 1k in the bank, he doubled my total amount of money. I can't describe how happy i was. To give you a good idea; i'll never raid, i'll never get my epic. I'm still wearing some banded at lvl 41, i quested my lambent armor minus one piece. Breath of Harmony and Guardians Mace are going to be my end-game weapons. All of this to say, this was huge for me.

Then a few minutes later, a guy i know sends me a tell "This guy just gave me 1k!" and i replied "Yep, he's running around lowbie zones and gives money to lowbies [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]" and then came the reply that made my jaw drop:

"Damn i wish he gave me enough plat to buy a CoS"

I really like the guy, good player and good conversation, but seriously, what is wrong with people? 1k just appears magically in your hands and you're not thinking about how awesome it is but how awesomer it would be if you had more!. Why the loot and plat fever? It sucks =/
