Blowing stuff up with fire and ice sounds pretty killer to me.. I'm looking forward to playing as a wizzy.

despite playing for 15 years off and on, I've never been a wizzy, druid, necro, rogue, or monk so far to max lvl.. so those are what i'll be focusing on for proj 99 either red or blue.

Even tho they aren't releasing another blue server (which I would love) It is still fun to start from scratch, even if everyone you see or group with is twinked to hell. (red has like MAX 150-200 ppl on and blue has like 2k, but they are going to make a new PVP teams server? someone help me with the math here)

Yeah, that's what I was referring to.. It's on Rogean's Twitch account also in one of the saved videos.. It just seems like it would make more sense to create a second server for the highest population server you have, not the lower one.. But he also says in that same video very emphatically "We will never create another blue server" which makes me sad.. there are other EQ Classic emulators trying to get up and running tho, so for people who want to start from the beginning of a server can just wait for them I guess.. Tho it may take years :P

Hell, Velious may take years..

In the meantime Red seems like a pretty neat server, and if they launch a teams PvP then that would be neato, too.

It's almost like after playing for 4 years some of you are repeating what I've been saying since day 1.

Always been a fan of the Wizard class. It used to be an insta-win with the unlimited range quad spells but now you have to play tactical or you will get Mitic'd.
