TL;DW version -

In hindsight, CSR staff knows they messed up on the XP. Ok thanks for admitting it.

CSR at the mercy of Rogean for any changes. Rogean doesn't respect his staff enough to deliver after sending them to the wolves to execute this plan.

Life's rough on red, everyone. Deal with it.

If our original time-line had held up, we'd be in good shape, but as is, we aren't thrilled with the current state of the server and wish it had been handled differently.

Partially true, in the sense that Rogean and Nilbog have ultimate veto power on everything, and the changes themselves have to be 'turned on' by Rogean via server reset (in some cases).
