glitched bag of gear missing, no response from greens?

rod of mourning, no longer drops
full kylong, dreadscale, dwarven work boots, etc

i put in a petition and heard from haynar, saying he cant do much but investigate what causes the glitch, and that durbael would have to look into the logs and issue a reimbursment.

its been about 4 days, 18 replies including bumps to my petition, and 70 views on the thread, but no reply from a green. starting to get kinda frustrated, discouraged.

so this is my rant and rave. does anyone have any similar experiences, stories?
eunomia messaged me in game when i did /petition and said it could take months. thats months without a weapon and armor i cant afford to replace easily.

hi there. if you have 18 replies but no staff replies, then it means only you have replied to the thread. in case you haven't noticed, we recently banned over 400 accounts and about 250 of those people have petitioned in hopes they can convince us that the database is lying to us about what really happened. in times like these the average wait time on a petition goes up due to the sheer increase in the volume of petitions coming in. but it shouldnt be a month unless they are RL issues interfering. so just be patient

Haynar is one of our super amazing devs, and the server would not be what it is without guys like him. that being said, devs can not help with CSR issues, or else he would have.

as far as bumping, it really depends which staff member is doing the petitions. some start on the first page and some skip to the last page.

hehe it wasnt you keke it was everyone else. thanks sirken! i appreciate your warm response and welcoming to the server. thanks a lot for derubael and sirken for responding. i was legitimently worried, as this never happened to me in a MMO before. im glad that there are some tools and good admins who can work it out!

i hope rebuying some of the items doesnt complicate the process. bought some things over the last two days as i started giving up hope.

this dude is indeed Vorebank, the guy i met in the EC tunnel the other night that tried to get me to lower my prices by telling me he got banned for RMTing and i should feel bad for him.


i don't care one way or the other about RMTing. i don't do it myself, but if you want to do it it is no skin off of my back.

but trying to get me to sell a Noctivagant Blade to you for 2.5k because you got banned and i should feel bad... is just a whole 'nother level of pathetic.

im sure it was more like 3.5 neckbeard loneeater. rods getting worked on, durbael verified rod went missing, now sirken just has to reinburse me. my account is clean as a wistle and a friend did give me some pp to start with. stop stalking/harassing, for gods sake. im shocked u even care in a way thats not sympathetic. all of us got a clock ticking down in our chest bro, waste of time on my end or your end is a travisty. almost as bad as my spelling =P
