I remember a bunch of spam about an hour into the beta with announcements that Soandso had reached level X, then again that Soandso had reached level 60.

Never looked into it further.

Got on at lunch today briefly and Nilbog was on and stated in /ooc that they were not ready to start advancing players in level since he wanted some of the lower level content tested as well.
