100% sure lvl 32 manasong was pulse based. In fact, I was very angry at Rytan when they nerfed it and I yelled on the concert hall a lot. It was during Luclin, and we routinely had a 'mana pump' set up, with 2 bards and 4 clerics, pulsing lvl 32 mana, and refreshing amplification and AE mana song when needed. Made for some nice mana regen.

u could literally get like 4 pulses in 1 tic and have multiple bards doing it for insane regens

Mana regen songs and spells do not effect bard mana regen. We only get like 1 mana standing and 2 mana sitting or something dumb like that. I need Flowing Thought badly.
