Everyone had to be precise and a single fuckup would be disaster. It works the same here, 5-7 with knowledge of mechanics can carry everyone else, who is pretty much following the leader. Not sure where I was going with this, but I just get irritated when people act like 100% of wow raiding is for the lowest common denominator just because all the easy mode shit exists.

Wow was easy mode tho... First off its instanced. You have all the time in the world to prep for it before. What's about corpse recovery??? Yup.
