One grip I had about Velious was that equipment was too good, particularly for non high end stuff.

I also felt that a lot of the restriction removals, from Iksar plate wearing, to hybrid class etcetc, was actually a detriment and took away from the spirit of original EverQuest.

It was the beginning era of class balancing.

Every single camp is gonna be locked down and handed off from player to player

Exactly why I went red. Its nice having any zone you want all to yourself. No bickering, no fighting, no pvp either. You might see a gank message once or twice an hour.
