What you newbies fail to understand is that the hard cores of the server provide a net gain, not a net loss as you seem to think. If the leaders to be actually thought the server would be better off without its hardcores like TMO, for instance, then don't you think they'd just ban all the hardcores and let the casuals have their playground?

But, sadly, hardcores are going to need a Velious very soon.

I'm not arguing that hardcores provide a net loss, but I don't see any evidence in your argument that suggests they are a net gain either. Just because they aren't banned, doesn't mean that they are a gain for the server. If the staff just started banning people at a whim that they disagreed with, well, that would be bad for the server.

At least there will be less complaining from the casual camp for Velious.
