If people could learn to lead a guild that has enough internal respect and stability, you wouldn't have to worry about our little 30 man guild recruiting everyone from your guild. We've learned its better for the server to invite players that would otherwise quit the box than play with the alternative. Half the people in Nihilum started in another guild like one of the iterations of azrael.
