being cut = getting laid more than fats like me quality of life issue indeed also, please pull the studies that say exercise doesn't improve life expectancy .. i haven't seen that and would like to.

335/445/385. leg #'s suck because of a torn labrum in my hip that i had surgery on 6 months ago so only been lifting again for like 3 months. 200 lb body weight.
