Also i think its a stupid idea to put the previous winners in the finals. They should be able to enter the tournament as a team, and if they dont make it to the finals or even if they make it and lose, whoever wins the whole tournament should have a special match after against the previous champs (Cecily/purp) for the right to a different title.

it really shouldnt put the previous champs automatically in the finals. thats really silly idea imo. make it a special match after champion v champion, cmon now.

can we vote on this? i gotta figure there is alot of people who agree with me

Last "tournament" was an ad-hoc event held at like 3pm CET on a weekday. I mean, not even Euros play that early. There were like 250 people online at that time... Not to undermine the end result (grats Cecily/Turp), but that event is really not representative of anything that has to do with blue PVP or blue skill at PVP.

I would say, let Cecily/Turp keep their titles, since they did win that event after all, but that event should have nothing to do with this one.

Cecily/Turp should never lose their titles. They earned them. They were the best that day.

All im saying is they shouldnt be automatically placed in the finals for this tournament. They can enter, and whether they get to the finals or win it all, after the tournament this tournys winner should face Cec/Purp afterwards in a champion v champion match, for a separate title.

for an ongoing, repeated event the title should travel from champion to champion

because this is a different tournament, has nothing to do with the first one. The winner of this one should get the same titles as them, or new ones. But you cant take the oens away from Cecil/Purp, doesnt matter how few people entered that tournament.

OR i guess you could make it that the winners of this one has to fight the cecil/turp team and the winner of that gets the title SOLELY.

These 2v2 tournaments aren't classic to begin with. So who gives a shit? Give no titles at all. Bragging rights are enough.

If you want group pvp tournaments, lets have the two that were actually held on live. Titles were Strategist and Tactician.

No. This tournament they are putting Cecily/Purp in the final match automatically. I think so, thats how i interpreted the OP?

Sure, that's true. But FFA fights to the death in the Colosseum were probably more fun to watch than pro boxing, just like fights on p99 where the rules are "use the rules hardcoded into the game" would be more fun to watch than a p99 take on wow arena matches (except in an even blander arena).

I'm sure a bunch of people will have fun with it though.
