Unless I'm mistaken this is the first time since Fish Bait that Agatha has had any leadership role. Lite is far from a village idiot. There is far too much blame on this server and zero accountability. I don't see a lot of folks saying, "hey, i want to lead this team" and Lite is putting in work. Maybe this time, with Agatha at the reins, good things will happen?

I think that the blame rests unfairly on Lite's shoulders though for the failure of Azrael to make a cohesive and consistent team. I think that the patience and durability of people is finite and the battle against Nihilum is heavily uphill. People also make drama, excuses and exaggerate circumstances that occur to portray them selves as hapless victims and give up the fight.

Fighting a heavily uneven fight against people who are relentless and some frequent exploiters is fatiguing and the truth is that the resistance burns out or becomes bored with the fight more often than infighting in the guild(s) causes failure.

Imagine being a passenger in an overcrowded bus, and the driver keeps crashing into a tree. Everytime it happens the passengers all decide to get out of the bus, and take a vote on who should drive from now on. Every single time they decide to unanimously re-elect the same driver. He keeps crashing into the same tree. The passengers keep reelecting him. This goes on for 2+ years.

This has been the gaming experience for the vast majority of non-Nihilum playerbase on red99.
