you know what my favorite thing about this thread is? dullah has leveled 5 characters to 60, 4 of which were melee with one being an iksar shadowknight, and despite having 300+ days played, he still doesnt know how simple mechanics like dispel work

IMO, an exploit would be having a NPC that doesnt attack lower level players or something, and should, and people use OOR dispell to help kill knowing its broken.

Casting dispell has PVP solutions, ie start a character and kill the OOR, or "accidentally" kill them with NPC's (not in a training per se... maybe a monk just happens to FD and OOR gets in the way, which results in their death since they are too low level...)

Please GM respond with definitive answer!

anyone claiming was photoshopped is a troll. I just didn't feel the need to take a screenshot of something I already knew to be an exploit. Zade doing a system wide message of this just reinforced the fact to people.

ok so, if im lvl 51 and im exping with my lvl 52 friend, and a lvl 60 comes and attacks him, im suppose to sit there with my thumb up my ass, or help by dispelling?

also, before the patch to block high lvl spells from being casted on low level players, are we retroactively banning anyone that casted natureskin or heroism on someone low level?
