Ya, beneficial. Thats why mobs attack you when you cast it on them. It can be either obviously.
What happens if I cast a strength buff on an npc?

you know what my favorite thing about this thread is? dullah has leveled 5 characters to 60, 4 of which were melee with one being an iksar shadowknight, and despite having 300+ days played, he still doesnt know how simple mechanics like dispel work

truly a sad, mad bad

So no one actually knows?

IMO, an exploit would be having a NPC that doesnt attack lower level players or something, and should, and people use OOR dispell to help kill knowing its broken.

Casting dispell has PVP solutions, ie start a character and kill the OOR, or "accidentally" kill them with NPC's (not in a training per se... maybe a monk just happens to FD and OOR gets in the way, which results in their death since they are too low level...)

Please GM respond with definitive answer!

yes we've all seen the photoshopped picture stop posting it .. clearly there is no consensus among players so I would ask server staff to clarify and sticky.

Was all caps necessary? I use all caps. But this seems like a time when your entire post being in all caps is unnecessary. No emphasis was needed.
