Purely my own speculation, but I think the goal is to have 1 healthy pvp server in the end, with teams, because for whatever reason the FFA pvp server hasn't appealed to all that many people.

As I understand it, there will be 2 servers for a while to get the teams server up and running then the existing red server will be merged into that.

Plus, they've said over and over that doing the new server has nothing to do with the work being done on Velious. Not like it's up to us to bitch about what they are doing or not doing for us for fucking FREE anyway.

Nothing in my post demanded anything. As a member of this community I think I can ask a question from someone.

He can choose to respond or not and certainly his right to do so.

But please understand this is not an assault on nilbog. I think we have lingered long enough though and since he is the lead developer he is the one who can provide the information.

I have waited to long for Velious, including to much time spent on kunark. (despite your forum join date of a year ago.

I'm a better programmer who could do this a lot faster in my spare time and have completed bigger projects faster.

Nilbog tell me how much is complete because you owe it to me.

I don't want a new server just give me more content

Oh yeah and I understand this game is FREE but you guys are stalling on content and I'm getting sick of doing the same stuff over and over because you guys won't hurry up.

No players for 2 blue servers. Team pvp appeals to different type of people and wont harm blue population AS much

The title is more a indication of the current state of the Red server. By announcing a server that might go live at some point in the next 2-4 months it has put R99 into a state of limbo.

I think they thought people invested on R99 would stay and play on R99 while T99 was going on. However what it has done is put all new players on R99 into a mode of why invest time on R99 when everyone is moving to T99 at least until the servers merge.

90% of my guild which is the largest on R99 is going to abandon R99 while T99 is active until the merge. R99 will struggle to get above 20 pop after T99 is live. This is currently throwing R99 into a state of limo for an unknown period of time since they announce a server with no release date.
