Sorry but alignment based server wont work!

As they stated they are going to merge red99 with team server.

So what if you made a necro or are an ogre and all your friends choose good on teams server, now you can't play with your friends and guildmates!

There can be 3 teams but alignment based won't work with server merger.

people are more concerned with merger rather than the actual new server. lets not get ahead of ourselves. sz ruleset took care of all the bs in rz,tz,vz and made it a truely immersive pvp server. if every decision will be based around merger then its just gonna end up being an ffa server lol

Doesn't change the fact that the mechanics wont allow for that particular ruleset to happen.

There can be a 3 team server but you cannot have alignment based if your merging it with an FFA, I'm not here to daydream but be realistic.

not sure where you are getting at. makes no sense for teams if its just team 1, team 2, and team 3 lol. its gonna be race or deity, no other way for it to happen unless you are trying to emulate counterstrike or something.e

This is basically all I hear from Red players against the new server:

"Our server fucking sucks, the players on it are all complete shitheads, and if you try to make a new server, all the shitheads from here will ruin it, so don't bother. BUT PLEASE COME FIX OUR BOX, WE DESERVE IT!"

And they probably wonder why the server is a ghost town.

I kind of enjoy watching carebears fight it out over what hardcoded forced zerg/nutcupping rules will make the game palatable enough for the fabled casuals. I thought this whole train of thought died off ten years ago. But the carebears on p99 still holding strong no matter how many team pvp mmos have failed, believing their personal petty tweaks will be the secret formula to make a fundamentally broken system work.
