I'll agree that there are plenty of scummier folks in EQ (on p99 and off) that are far worse than someone who buys a fbss in the illegal RMT market.

i was banned today too. i didnt hear anyone talking about it, i just googled it. i do think permanent ban is a little harsh and every situation should be dealt with according to the situation. would have happily given up the few pieces of armor i did buy and the rest of the plat if someone had said something before that action was taken. ill just make sure to read 2000 pages of forums before i start another MMO

I could see how this could be perceived as being permitted by new players. Unless I am mistaken, does it say anywhere under the server rules in the "getting started" section that RMT is not allowed?

I also found it amusing how many characters are in violation if the strict naming policy and that 2-boxers will most likely be perma-banned, lol.

wasnt "paying to win" i bought tolapujms robe, book of obulus, and impskin gloves. the rest was donated for ports rezzes and such. and formallydickman after playing tons of other mmo where you can do whatever you want why the thought even cross your mind that there would be rules to read?

Before I was gonna spend RL money in video game shit I would have at least checked out the EC tunnel section and noticed that people aren't auctioning "WTS Fungi Tunic 100Kpp or $100"
