these devs have it all wrong... the combat system looked lame as shit considering the warrior had a total of two abilities - ground smash and spin...

Not impressed ... they have some good ideas... getting the community to develop the environment for them is ok.... saves time in the development process etc...

Combat was lame... heroic travel is kinda cool...

Making Ogres not look like classic models is super lame... they aren't barbarians... they are ogres. They aren't tacticians they are bumbling butt scratching ogres and everyone loves them.

Clearly disappointed with some of their decisions but will try it to see if it's a total fail like I expect.

The thing that made EQ great was grouping... it was HIGH risk vs REWARD... harder the more reward etc... these chars were smashing 20+ mobs with ease...

Also... I like the idea of these rally calls... but I'm confused at how it will play out with your character due to the screenshots they showed... is that the map function that shows the progress ??? Still a ton of answers to be had. I hope I get a beta key and can test this shit out before wasting money on it.

until these fuckwads realize it is all about mechanics, and that only mongolians care about how cool the graphics/gameworld looks or works, well, only mongolians will give a fuck.
