I have 2 regular target buttons that I have keybound that are changed on the fly, as well as a main assist hotkey. Then I choose 4 of these names and stick them on another bar as high priority switches. It's much more convenient to have all the names in once place to grab and drag rather than remaking 6 or 7 hot keys before every pvp battle.
