i been about 4hours agrouped with him, first hour was all about calling me silly,dork,fail with looovely caps while i was chilled and basically just want to help. i dont need rude words aswell. hour 2 and 3 he was out of zone selling. when he decided to come back after like 90min, it didnt take a min and he started to show his superp attitude and showoff gameknowledge again.. Zzzz. meleed 50min, didnt mez neither stuned and ignored everything in groupchat. to bad i wasnt groupleader.

You never explained initial agro you just told the two int casters in the party to relog without explaining anything. All I asked was why and when you finally mentioned initial agro I didn't argue about it with you at all, I simply decided hey, I was 143/55 encumbered, if it helps you not have initial agro by having me zone out and back in, why not do it by gating to a vendor i'm bound at and running back. It only takes about 3 minutes with SoW, not 90 minutes you jack ass. Rebuffed everyone for full buff timers, waited till repops were clear to ensure camp stayed broken, then gated and ran back before any repops started happening. Yah its kinda sad that my parties are so well organized that I can actually leave to go sell every so often. But thats just how good the pullers and CC are. GJ Riphen keeping everything broken and single pulling.

Nothing you said about Shamman pets made any sense what so ever.

1. To despawn a shamman pet, charm the shamman.

2. To break charm wait out charm durration or invis or zone or camp. You cannot /pet get lost a charmed pet you incompetant prick.

Wow, ok yah this did actually take awhile to figure out. A whole day in fact. I finally figured out what you were completely failing to say with your horrible english. Next time say it in German and it'll be my fault for not understanding German.

Ok but language barriers aside.

The entire time we were arguing I was only using charm on Greater Kobolds and you were arguing with me about how charm works on Greater Kobolds. It was only today and after reading your post again that I finally figured out you were takling about charming of NPC PET mechanics.

The idea that yes, if you charm an NPC PET, your pet is now flagged with both charm and "summoned" does give you the ability to /pet get lost, though I think this is a bug. So yes you have a great idea to use Beguile on A Great Kobold Shamman's Pet to desummon it.

The bug on this is two fold btw, you should not be able to charm an NPC PET. I'm not sure if that's actually correct from my memory of classic but maybe later i'll go do some searches on it. The other bug is obviously the use of /pet get lost on a charmed pet because charm doesn't remove the "summoned" flag. But hey thanks for suggesting I make use of an exploit? Until this is confirmed "working as intended" I still will not charm NPC Pets.

Never said it was bad mana efficiency. I said it was unnecessary and risky. I mean the guy got himself killed in a royals group ffs. Mana stones just don't make sense in parties with active chain pulling. Ask for a med break and then do it or something when you actually need to get the mana fluctuations back above 50m.

Charming an NPC's pet gives you the "you cannot charm a pet" message, then despawns the pet, which is what it did in classic. Not sure where you're getting the whole /pet get lost thing, since at that point it would have already poofed.

I've grped with Demondred before. He is one of the few warriors that starts untwinked as their main. Does his gear stink (lack of aggro weps)? kinda...but give the guy a break, he is not a lazy or bad player just because he is not a twink.

I've also grped with Quitis before several times. He is a good chanter, but he is also moody. If things aren't going his way he bails. I can recall a specific time when he died in a mistmoore castle grp, and just said he was leaving without giving any warning. While this left the grp shit out of luck, I understand why he left...he believed he was going to die again (and again).

I would grp with either of them again. They are both good players.

Sounds like Quitis just might be the kind of guy with a short fuse.
