but not the part that you already assumed.
doesn't answer my question on whether or not you'd start a fight. i don't know what you would do in the situation hence the question because legality of an action doesn't take away from the action happening. what do you think i'm assuming tho? if zimmerman has a chl then he can follow whomever he wants to with his gun which wouldn't be illegal, and the dispatcher told him to stop to not incur any liability from engagement (subtle action of police is to protect people from their own liabilities)

By the way, a dispatcher is not "the police." Nor is following someone against any laws.

If you go into a retail store and security decides to follow you for whatever reason - it's too fucking bad.

If following a person puts them in fear of their life, it most certainly is against the law. That's assault.

not if it's a reasonable assumption to be scared.

If I was Zimmerman I would set up an M2 Browning at a chokepoint in my neighborhood with a trail of skittles leading to it

Just because this made the national news you have organizations like NAACP strong arming for a trial and civil rights violations... Even after the verdict is in they still do not accept it!

i do not have anti-white prejudice

i want to kill whitey

there is a subtle, yet vast difference in those two statements
