Iksar regen and throwing boulders shows who knows how to min max in EQ. If you make a shitty race for your character, well, that's part of being bad at PvP.

For instance, I took DE for my wizard knowing after I casted a nuke, I would hit hide in between casts. You'd be shocked how many people didn't have see invis up and how many fights it decided or how many times being a wanted man it saved me.

Inb4 I care that he got his monk for an AoN. It proves Smedy is smart, fine.

To say he only won because of Iksar regen, well, you're retarted. There were a few other iksar monks there that got killed? Hm? I didn't show up that fine day. Traitor Gongshow and Wheelchair should have rolled Iksars like Bombfist does on every progression style server.
