I work at a public university (in other words, 30% of student tuition comes from state $$). I see some pretty useless people here fulfilling petty functionary roles that we cannot yet automate or program. I wouldn't be surprised if plenty of them are sneaking in stuff like gaming on the side. One of them brings in his Mac notebook and Ipad and has them out while he "works".

Heck, many of the things *I do* are monotonous things that can't *yet* be automated...
