I thought it was commonly known that a large amount of Velious loot was crummy to begin with and upgraded as the expansion progressed. Some individual items received upgrades more than once. Entire dungeons were re-itemized well before Luclin launched.

Compared to the blatantly obvious monk bias the devs have (using the other classic links Ele is posting), BoC was junk.

15/23 with no proc vs. 13/17 with a proc. That's a no-brainer. No wonder the warrior class had a sit-in and Furor threw a shit-fit. Ele, when does Tunare get itemised?
