when the xp bonus was scaled back last month or so, the population dipped back into the 10%-13% of blue population range.

since that time the pop has been slowing going up again, and as i write this the pop is back at 20% of Blue server.

at least druushk has a nasty AE.

All Xygoz does is make people be quiet. He's easier than Sev, Tal and Gore and would be easier than fay if he didn't regen so quickly.

Hosh > Nexona > Druushk > Silverwing > PD > Xygoz.

Honestly I'd say PD is easier than Xygoz - his AE has no resist check. Xygoz's silence has a -150 like most AEs and can be pretty brutal if you're not prepared with a lot of MR. Melees can still attack, but tanks can't click clickies and clerics can't heal if they get nailed.

was a hard choice, I put PD over Xygoz due to the fact that if you get nailed with the AE you can't do anything, where as Melees (pets as well) don't have to worry about the AE at all from Xygoz.

They are both very similar, however, in terms of difficulty I just gave the edge to the dragon whose AE could be troublesome to every person on the raid.
