It's probably some of the worst pvp I have ever witnessed but I can understand why someone like genedin would have fun, - 0 skill pvp that rewards you for losing. Pass.

Everyone is at least 2 boxing. They have safe zones that about 75% of the online population afk in, which includes all the buff bots. From the Nexus safe zone people port in fully buffed looking for kills before fleeing back to safety in the Nexus.

It is an interesting model short term but fizzles out quick. I don't see this season being as big as the last once since I think about everyone the server could have hoped to try it already tried it. The vocal minority that think it is a blast will be back while a big chunk already moved on to never return.

lol, so salty for no reason. your girlfriend say any more abysmally rude and unnecessary shit to anyone lately? I would have to spend all of my waking hours escaping into elf-land if I had that to look forward to when I left the computer screen as well.

The nexus is in, every char is given a no drop item at creation that allows you to port to the nexus (high cast time so you can't bail from combat with it).

The nexus teleports you to different areas of classic world and some custom zones along with the bazaar to buy items from players and use the PvP point merchants.

Also, buffs are given out by guards and unless it has changed some of the guard buffs are 50+ spell buffs that players can't even get.

To be honest zek sucks ass compared to the project source code. It will be a hack shit fest that will cater to certain players. That being said it will be fun for the first 2 weeks.

Yeah but lets not make it sound like you can just pick up the P99 MQ compile and roll over to Zek and start stomping with hacks. You have to hook the MQ into the Zek client.

That said, nobody really hacked last season. Jibekn was the only suspicious dude and that was probably latency, although he stuck to people REALLY good when I aggro'd him a few times in faydark 1v1. He is a talented pvper.

There is no clear cut cases of hacking that I have seen. It does use a custom client, more custom than P99.

Its easier, or was easier, in the past to hack on P99 before they added a few more tricks to preventing plebs from running MQ.

Devn00b's friends might be able to hack a little bit with devn00b looking the other way, but nobody cares about them, and people just ignore them. Devn00bs suspected cronies aren't really active on Season 1, I don't see why that would change in Season 2.
