Jibartik doing a strong "I'm young but useless so I should blame everyone but myself" here.
A+ would laugh again. Too bad you didn't place a brick for every post you made here, you'd have your own house. [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

This is the peak of the housing market caused roaring 2010's Everest. Hopefully the economy we built out of inflating home values is so high the long road to sea level (depression 2) will take as long as it took to get where we are today.
But usually going down a mountain is faster. [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

What really makes me sad is when I see like on r/oldschoolcool "my dad buying his first property" and it's like a 25 year old dude standing on a giant empty coastline on a road with no homes on it.
The finite supply issue is brutal and reminds me of a forest. Nature has a solution to that issue, and if you know me you know I think we're trending towards it. But lets pretend we figure out a way for man to beat nature? It's crazy to imagine a world that is Tokyo in every direction, but that is inevitable unless we're talking a new wild west in space.

I knew the reason the left shamed me for voting for the green party was because they wanted to cut down the rainforests.
