This is the peak of the housing market caused roaring 2010's Everest. Hopefully the economy we built out of inflating home values is so high the long road to sea level (depression 2) will take as long as it took to get where we are today.

What really makes me sad is when I see like on r/oldschoolcool "my dad buying his first property" and it's like a 25 year old dude standing on a giant empty coastline on a road with no homes on it.

The finite supply issue is brutal and reminds me of a forest.

Nature has a solution to that issue, and if you know me you know I think we're trending towards it. But lets pretend we figure out a way for man to beat nature?
