No, it's definitely because Riot is the lawyerquest guild. The amount of times Riot has trained FR/AG while Lavittz/Furor say "fuck it, let's just move on" is pretty astounding. If we're going to start inflicting harsher penalties for repeat offenders then let's also start inflicting harsher penalties for guilds that petition without an affirmative verdict.

How do you say this without cringing at yourself? The petitions are double spaced with a bunch of pictures and video timestamps. It shouldn't take you more than 10 minutes to read through something like that. Maybe a little longer if you're actually opening the videos and going timestamp by timestamp.
