The guild had to pressure the warriors into looting the trident off koi, Luckily Biggy took it, hes the guilds second best option in the long run. All those other greedy fuck warriors(lol sithen so glad he didn't take that trident) trying to hold aggro then dkp cost on trident has to be cut in half because no warrior wants to take it when it will remain the bis aggro weapons with willsapper on server because SoD's no longer drop.

TLDR=A lot of stupid people in tempest, especially warriors passing over a low dkp trident not realizing its the best aggro weapon they are going to get.[/QUOTE]


Accurate yet in accurate. Sithen didn't want the trident because:
1) when using a mallet a warrior should use a shield to drastically increase his AC.
2) Come the Chardok revamp patch the warrior epic primary becomes off hand usable. And is greater agro than the trident.

There is a agro wep to hate generate chart on that link. Outside of sod. A Willsapper and blade of strategy off hand is best agro wep combination.

So Sithen didn't spend dkp on the trident because it was a waste. #knowyourclass

it's actually like the only item/ spell in game that has a slow component on it that isn't MR based, so it's pretty useful on anything unslowable

vyemm, lendi, kromzek captain, tunare, kreizenn, master of the guard

probably a lot of other mobs if you don't run around with tash/ malo

but it went to the right person

using a shield will often cause you to lose aggro in longer fights

plus, there are like 4 mobs in the game that using a shield is even worth doing, but tempest doesn't and probably will never kill any of these mobs

the trident is insanely good because it's a cold based slow that can land on MR immune mobs like vyemm, kreizenn, dracoliche, etc.
