Bill Smith = Mannerz (or however it's spelled). He used to troll the Rampage recruitment thread back in the day. I forget which, but one of the GMs told us at one point who owned the troll account. He's that salty, shitty necro from Forsaken who got suspended for training Rampage in kael during a statue that one time. Dude's a total wanker.
