Here's what happened

1.) Zeelot disbanded TMO
2.) Alarti lied to the GMs to get them to re-create TMO with Zagum as leader
(Initially the GMs would not let Portsche or Xasten to re-create the guild without permission from Zeelot. With a little nudging from Alarti- TMO was re-created with Zagum as leader. Which by his own admission was to be a co-leadership with Zeelot)
3.) Initially I supported this, I didn't want to see TMO disappear.
4.) Zagum promotes Portsche, Raden, Thrump to officership
5.) The "new" TMO core decides they'd like to change forums because they didn't want to be restricted by Zeelot.
6.) Some internal decision creates the "new forums"
7.) Zeelot and the rest of us feel like we've been stabbed in the back.

Youve straight lost it and gone looney tunes this some insane shit just to justify you guys rmting off the old guild bank, your a fucking drunk liar or youve been lied to extensively.

What happened to all this evidence and other convoluted bullshit "truth" you have been spewing.

I remember talking to Derubael directly about the issue and can pull up logs when I get home.

They weren't willing to reform for Xasten/Portsche as they were non-officers and the situation was still fresh and I think they needed to contemplate. However, they were perfectly happy to reform it two days later for Zagum, myself, and even Eccezan, when we requested it.
