it's a game. a game is not fun when someone cheats.

Poker is generally for RL $.

But more importantly, if someone cheats me at poker, I don't say I despise them and anyone who harbors them and hold a grudge for 18 months. I call them a dick and stop playing with them.

I owned a gameshark once and totally became outcast and blacklisted by my circle of friends because I had unlimited money in final fantasy tactics. Not even my own mother and father could look me in the eyes any more from an overwhelming sense of failure on their part due to poor parenting skills that led me to that poor life choice.

I subsequently sold my gameshark at a garage sale and have been working on mending those bridges ever since.
