He said that. Like he went out of his way and said that was one of the big reasons why Russia cant invade the Ukraine..

If Russia invades the ukraine, and we have to put big sanctions on them, could that be the catalyst to ban crypto?

The point I was trying to make was if you can exchange cash for bitcoin, and you can exchange rubles or whatever they have in russia, then you cant sanction russian banks from exchanging russian currency for USD, unless USA forbids bitcoin transactions.
