Still not smoking! Last time I did it for an extended period was with Well-well-well what do have here butrin, and that was great because it mitigated weight gain and withdrawal. The shitty thing was you get slammed by the withdrawals and weight gain as soon as you quit the medication. This time around I utilized progesterone, which I've done successfully once before, and, once again, using it for this purpose made me a major bitch. What's neat, though, about prog is that it's been shown to help women curb addictive behaviors during the luteal phase in their menstrual cycle. It works. Intensifies murder impulses for a week or two. Pretty scary. I felt like dog shit for about a month and just now snapping out of it.

Up 5 lbs from already high baseline, but I'm healthier. Mood stabilizing. Skin looks better. Breathing easier. Fat is sticking in the right places. I went up a bra cup size in a week, right after I bought a couple new 34Cs, which are now verging on too tight. 34Bs retired after a year of service. /salute
