Taxation to shape behavior?
Why not? there’s a crapload of public and private things in most societies designed to shape behavior

I personally think anyone who votes for Republicans should have their income tax doubled, and if they complain, triple it

Imagine being this silly about something that doesn't matter anyway.

Adapt, to different customs and culture. Distribute old money to invest in the future. Better psychological and social educational programs for those who push back or harbor hatred for the differences of others. Enforce safety by allowing more companies who make lethal weapons to be sued for damages; their sales cause - indirectly reducing the production.

buy no invest - in just a better life.
Only thing progressives are good at is playing make believe in neverland forever.

There should be no student loan forgiveness. Any amount of student loans that weren't spent on courses and books/materials should be able to be discharged under Chapter 7.

So how does this student loan forgiveness work.

Like everyone that is not paying off their 80 thousand dollar loan, is now not paying off their 70 thousand dollar loan?

It's not that complicated. These kids need help and are suffering and this will help them. They can stimulate the economy by saving for a downpayment on a new home, a car, fresh clothes, dining out, gym memberships and other life improvements.

Why do you keep mentioning gym memberships? Why do you think being obese and eating hungryman dinners isn’t you taking Medicare dollars, assuming you live to 65?

Medicare is welfare as is student debt relief

It takes some learning, education is usually the answer.
