You raid on P99 for the competition and crazyness. Rotations wouldn't work here. The whole footrace 1 hr FTE is pretty silly but if thats what drives the competitors these days.

I would love to see some live pulls where FTE meant something again but I feel im ridin solo on this one.

Anyone remember Inny 1.0 engages? Those were wild.

This right here.

The raid scene currently is all about having a large number of racers. Instant pulls and your guild being logged in fast enough to kill it was fun. You didn't always need 15 racers either just 2 or 3 good ones. Now the game is solely about the race and guilds are built around that. There really isn't much excitement left in raiding currently here. Those wild engages made up to some degree the time it took to track the mobs. Because even if you lost the race the other guild actually had a chance to wipe if they weren't prepared.

Hoshkar was always a fun one. Bluff the other guild into going first to make them engage early...Or get bluffed yourself. Same with CT.

You know you've drank too much kool-ade when you think staring at a door opening and closing (or watching the skype stream for the spawn) for hours on end is actually reasonable gameplay. Maner, get help. You're sick.

Things are much better now with the new scenery, they all agreed. It had taken a year or more, no one honestly knew at this point now, but the infernal door that haunted them in their waking hours -and- their dreams was but a distance memory, literally behind them. Roughly 4 feet.
