Any of you ever suffered starvation before?

Closest for me was being on an all liquid diet for months in prep to make weight for nationals for tae kwon do. And I’d do it. Can’t now. Can’t even intermittent fast, even though I know it’s efficacy. I mean maybe in the future I will, but it’s been tough to mentally commit

Anyway, I’d go to the doctor for a checkup and I’d hear him tell my folks that if my bodyfat goes down another percent he’s required to notify CPS

Back then I’m assuming my stomach shrank and I just stopped noticing it, is how I could do it
