Yesterday's BACK and BICEPS exercise really got me SWOLE.

I prayed to Jesus and Ali Baba and RECOMMITED MYSELF to the GAINS OF MARCH.

that's right, brothers. BULK SEASON IS BACK IN BUSINESS. jesus came to me and touched me on the back and said "skarlorn, your legs and ass are mighty but your upper body is still developing and i really think your aesthetic would improve quite a lot if you just kept pushing the gains during the month of march take it into consideration" then he slipped a thumb in my asshole and VANISH

Yesterday night I smashed my left pinky toe against the ottoman of the new chair i put in my room. Isn't it funny that we've reduced a great Empire into a footstool? anyway, I think i'm going to lose the toenail. It hurts a lot in a little way but i'm glad it isn't broken.

Today I hope to make gains on my back and biceps. (bitches)

That's correct, Lulz. I have a small circle of friends since I just moved to a new city! I am happy to report it is growing.

I hope you find some inspiration in this thread to (be less fat and weak). I had a rough year healthwise last year and this is my open journal to keep myself motivated. And hopefully motivate some others, too
