Trump won with over a million votes in Texas over Hillary. The chances aren't better unless they get a real candidate.

Tulsi Gabbard meets with Wall Street fat cats, said to be eyeing third party run.

Tulsi Gabbard, fresh off her nasty tussle with former first lady, secretary of state, and 2016 Democratic nominee, Hillary Clinton, was given a hero's welcome at a meeting with Wall Street executives and potential donors on Wednesday evening in New York City that took place at Anthony Scaramucci’s Hunt and Fish Club restaurant.

That sounds impressive but it's still only 9%.

Yeah and the only real difference between 2012 and 2016 was not the democratic party lol. It was independent and libertarian. The vote changed like 1% for dems.

And trust me, the last thing I want is the democratic party to win. I make great money, own over 20 firearms, multiple form 4's, AR's and the last thing I want is civil liberties being stripped for the wrong reasons. I also know that when that does happen, shit will not go well for the next 4 years and either a new party will form or take control or it will flip back to republican. But, definitely not giving up my guns in the meantime and my opinion is if they try going door to door, it won't be a good outcome either.

They aren't going to go door to door. The worst you'll ever realistically face is a buyback and moratorium on future sales.

Agreed but the definition of a mandatory buyback is crazy and what poked the sheriff in El Paso to say, that's stupid and there were more defensive uses of firearms than offensive crimes committed with firearms. Also pointed out that going door to door would cause more issues than good.

It's hard to define a buyback if it isn't mandatory otherwise you'll get results like you did in New Zealand where only 10% were obtained, which out of 400 million guns here isn't really a dent.

Not to mention they are attempting to buyback your gun with your own taxpaying money is just stupid.
