Fasttimes your post seems to compare Awakened to an individual without a disability and Rustle to an individual with Down Syndrome? I think it's rather offensive to use this comparison. I'm sure there are individuals who suffer from disabilities on this server and your comments could be taken as unwelcoming and hostile.

Also, Rustle is a great guild who does "more with less" so it would be inappropriate to compare them to individuals who exhibit a wide range of developmental delays and physical disabilities caused by having more chromosome 21 as that would almost suggest they do "less with more" which is untrue.
