Simulated re-pops. Simulated re-pops. Not variance. They are two completely different things. What we had on Sunday was server reset. That's what a simulated re-pop simulates. Sunday was fun. Everyone agrees on all sides that Sunday was fun. That is what I'm saying is the best way forward. I've said it multiple times, and so have a lot of other people. If you implemented simulated re-pops about twice a month, that would go farther toward your goal than variance ever would. And if Azrael started making some small changes, like making sure they had enough to actually contest a mob, that would be even better. For everyone. For the whole server.

Well variance will actually hurt my pixel acquisition in Holocaust, as I'd much rather log in one day a week and reap the rewards. But it would be better for the server as it would increase pvp, which is the goal on a pvp server.

But I'm not the kinda guy who quits when easy pixels aren't within my grasp, and my stance on whats best for the server doesn't change when it least benefits me.

Again you are confusing pixel acquisition with pvp, because that clearly is all you care about.

I'd much rather have steady skirmishes all throughout the week, than once or twice a month.

This entire thread is about raid mobs. Raid mobs =pixels. If you're that bent on pvp then just keep doing what your doing. You know the timers. You know exactly how many Holo will be at raids. You aren't actually lobbying for pvp, you're just throwing that out every time your disproven about variance being good for the server.

He doesn't give a shit about pvp at all, the pixels are what he cares about. That's why he keeps slipping and letting that false pretense of caring about pvp go because in his mind it's a non issue.
