1. Petition - try and angle them out of their camp, try and get them banned for boxing, try and get their name changed, get them raid suspended, get them suspended for something minor.

2. Get yourself suspended doing something you shouldn't (check all those rules)

I think it shows you have an inability to read server rules for pvp, an inability to learn a lesson based on your own mistakes, this game is old school man how could you not guess that it would be even more unforgiving in terms of pvp? did you not play on rz/tz/sz?
