I dont know if that hes just stupid or does not understand how investigations work. Once its over, you no longer have to comply with the subpoena.

That has happened millions upon millions of times in literally every single investigation.

You really dont even understand how your own nation works. You're probably not an American if you really lack that much knowledge about it. Basic knowledge that children can understand.

He was not referred for "potential" prosecution, either. He was referred for prosecution on four charges.

Even a child can understand when you stop an investigation, its over. Thats what the "stop" part was about.

So if you stopped investigating, why would someone comply with an order to comply to an investigation which no longer exists???
