Or perhaps these precincts had volunteers who completely fucked up & handed out the wrong box of writing utensils.

If you're talking about discrimination then I don't know how more hardcore example you need of extremism then cancelling someone from their job, their life, and running them thru the mud simply because of a clash of opinions.

The joke was that people who work at the polls are local volunteers in dominantly GOP leaning districts who messed up their own votes. I was also slightly poking fun at the idea that somehow democrats are behind this "scandal" in areas they don't live in. I was being facetious anyways, obviously its not the voter's fault, it's annoying but it's recoverable.
