It’s funny, I don’t see “gender affirming care” as all that different from PED’s, it’s probably mostly hormones and drugs to mitigate the side effects from these

People in the fitness community have for DECADES now figured out how to get the drugs they want from UGL’s (underground labs), including drugs for side effects

Find a UGL, check Trustpilot for reviews on whether you are getting actual stuff and not fake stuff. Ez

That's probably true. I know a lot of folks who get their adderall and what-have-you on the street because it's cheaper and there's less paperwork both ways.

The fascists will throw the book at them if they get caught, but that's already how we deal with drug dealers nationwide so that's nothing new.

It’s the lowest tier “scheduled substance”, I personally have never heard of anyone ever getting in trouble for buying some for personal use, only (usually fitness influencers) people buying huge amounts in bulk to re-sell at gyms

I don't know enough about the specific meds needed for each person to say. I hope that they get the meds they need, whatever they are, legally or illegally.

Yea I dunno, for trans men it’s for sure testosterone and possibly an estrogen blocker like anastrozole

For trans women it would be estrogen (not too familiar with this, it could be a pill or an injection, I’m almost thinking pill), and an androgen blocker, probably similar to what my uncle had to take for prostate cancer

The fitness community has even worked around not having a doctor checking up on them. Anyone can still get a blood test whenever they want at a local lab, then sometimes people will post their results on forums like Reddit and ask for advice. Wouldn’t be surprised if the trans forum starts figuring out what levels should be through some posters having a medical background there
