If Perun truly was suspended, he should have that unique item stripped from him. It's worth more than god.

It was KB_Trader, I fixed his name on our forums cause it didn't coalesce with policy (Forum name = ingame name) but, other than that. I don't know anything about him.

Bigkaybee needs to have some items removed, then. I kept up with him as a shaman (no exp bonus vs his easymode warrior) AND I didn't cheat. Fungi Tunics are all these people understand... start deleting Fungi Tunics.
